C-section not best option for breech birth – The Globe and Mail.

C-section is never the best option unless the baby or mother’s life is in serious danger or there may be serious life long injuries.  I saw a video once of a woman deliver twins in her bathroom, on her own (with her husband videotaping).  The first one came out head first, the second was frank breach (on foot down).  She knew the child’s position when she felt the one foot – she bore down and the baby was born without complication.

But let’s remember, it’s best to not have a breech baby at all!  Get adjusted, allow your pelvis and uterus to put the baby in it’s optimal position!
