Many people are worried about their jobs or the state of the economy. Financial experts tend to agree, the best two things a person can do to prepare for a downturn in the economy is to accumulate/grow a savings and stay out of debt, this we can all agree is a good advice.
My question to you: Do you have a Health reserve to carry you through times of crisis (emotional or physical)? Ask yourself this…. Do you feel like you should have more energy? Do you wake up feeling refreshed? Do you struggle to get out of bed? Do you constantly process colds or never at all? Are you currently processing a major health (or lack of) event? When you take some time off, does your body shut down out of exhaustion? All of these are signs your body is lacking a reserve of health! Getting adjusted helps your body “fuel up” with health by releasing stored tension in the nerve system allowing greater ease and flow of your vital energy. Excercising and eating right can also help build your reserves but just like adding a fuel enhancer to a beat-up rusty car, if your nerve system isn’t clear – your not going to see the benefits of exercising and a healthy diet.
Remember, if you don’t have your health, you can’t enjoy_________ (fill in the blank)!
